As always everyone in this office is so welcoming and professional. It’s like a visit . My teeth feel so good after sweet Lauren cleans them and Dr. Crosby is so thorough and friendly. I never thought I’d ever enjoy going to the dentist but since I have been coming here these last approximately 10 years it’s been a pleasure. I highly recommend this team for anyone wanting professional and friendly dental care!!

Recently moved to Florida and one of my 8 year old twins cracked a tooth right after Halloween. Not only did Dr. Crosby do an incredible job with him, but him and his staff got us in immediately next door for oral surgery to make sure he was comfortable to extract this tooth! When your child is in severe pain, this is the type of customer service that eases your heart as a parent! We will definitely be making Dr. Crosby and his practice our new dental office in Florida. Thank you again to Dr. Crosby and his amazing staff for squeezing us in!

Great from being greeted at the front desk to my good bye at the end. Everybody was very attentive to my every need. I was kept informed of the progress for my treatment. I have never been offered the option of getting up and moving around during treatment. That was a nice option though I didn’t feel the need to do so. Two hours is a bit of time to spend in the treatment chair with mouth opened. Instructions for care at home and return visit were quick and complete. I can’t think of one thing more you could possibly do to improve.

I’m an older adult let’s just say later 40’s lol, and I went to Dr. Crosby for years!! I was taken away from him by moving, however I’m back and happier than ever!!!! The best TEETH CLEANING I’VE EVER HAD!!! The best DENTIST EVER!!! Will drive an hour to see him!!! I’m happier than EVER!!! Thank you ALL!!!

A dentist is the last place most folks want to go. For me, going to my dentist helps me feel normal. I’m grateful for kind and compassionate caregivers in your office and of course -Dr Crosby who has always provided me with great care and intervened when needed. Even the receptionist is kind. I went to Dr. Crosby for a crown on an already filled molar that was cracked. The procedure was complicated by a nerve that would not deaden by normal nova cane injections. Dr. Crosby was very gentle and patient with me throughout the procedure, stopping several time to inject more numbing medication and making sure I was comfortable before continuing.I never felt rushed to get the procedure done so that he would stay on schedule. The entire staff was nothing but kind and concerned for my welfare.

Dr. Crosby is very knowledgeable and he and his staff are wonderful. I went to a half dozen physicians with a pain problem I was having and none of them could help me, and that was after many tests. Dr. Crosby immediately recognized the problem and solved it completely. Why I want to go anywhere else.

HI MY EXPERIENCE WAS BEYOND A 5 STARS. The DOC DID GOOD as I expected he should? What I was really impressed with was his assistant. She was the one that was the most impressive. Time wise. I have been a patient of Dr. Crosby's since I was in grade school and have nothing but positive things to say! When I lived out of the area, the hardest thing was finding a dentist with which I could be comfortable. Even when I was away at college, I would plan cleaning visits around times I could visit home. He and the staff have always been caring and attentive. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing a dentist in Lakeland or the surrounding area.

Our family has used Dr. Crosby Dentistry for 15 years now and have loved every year of it. The moment you walk in the door you a greeted with a friendly smile, and a warm welcoming. I am not afraid of dentists; but, I can see how someone who is would be very comfortable with Dr. Crosby and staff. I had the best experience I have ever had at a dentist (trust me, I know, I have way too much experience with dentists!). The staff was very friendly and professional at the same time. I do not think I have ever laughed that much in a dentist's office!. They did a very thorough exam and Dr. Crosby explained everything that needed to be done and how he would be doing it. I never thought I would say this about a dentist's office; but, I am looking forward to seeing them again. I highly recommend Dr. Crosby and staff to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

They make me so comfortable that I love to come to the dentist. Because I am handicapped other dentist staff wouldn't take the time to make me calm down and they just would say to my mom you have to take her somewhere else, that would make her sad, because she knows everyone's teeth needs to have attention. Dr Brian Crosby's Dental business is exploding this man is awesome, he does a fabulous job on his patients that's why they keep returning to him. Dr Crosby is well known in the community, he is a distinguished gentleman who treats people with respect and honor. I would have highly recommend Dr Crosby as a top-notch dentist in his community, I should know I work for the dental lab that makes his crowns for his patients and he does an excellent job on impressions and with that being said he always gets it right the first time never needs to have a patient come back for a retake of an impression. Go Dr Crosby keep up the good work!

Wife & I are new to the area after relocating earlier this year. I researched many dentists nearby after our move and chose Crosby. I had my 1st visit today and I was very impressed with the treatment that I received from Dr Crosby's staff. Started with a consultation and then off to a very thorough exam, x rays, and TLC from hygienist. My 1st appointment lasted more than 2-1/2 hours. I have more dental issues that need to be addressed in the very near future and I am confident that Dr Crosby & his staff will continue to provide me with the utmost dental care. Dr. Crosby and his team are Superheroes. I recently became a new patient. After one cleaning, two crowns, and a nightguard, it’s clear to me that Crosby Dentistry is the place to be. I cant say enough about this dentistry!!! I (as a single mom) neglected my dental care for years. But I finally rounded up the courage to overcome any embarrassment or fear and started a proactive plan devised by a very caring and professional team to get my mouth cleaned up and healthy. I had to first deal with a broken tooth situation that was causing me lots of discomfort and then I had my first deep cleaning today. My dental tech Robin did an amazing job. My teeth look so beautiful! I never thought they could look this way again. Im not kidding! What a beautiful transformation. I cant say enough of how much I appreciate this team and I cant believe Im actually looking forward to the next deep cleaning to complete the task. Dr. Crosby and his staff are phenomenal. They are so kind and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They explain each procedure before they begin working and you can tell they really care about their patients. I have never particularly enjoyed going to the dentist, but this was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! They make it a comfortable environment and they do excellent work!

I’m so thrilled that Dr. Crosby & team created the most beautiful teeth for me. Arriving for my appointments was a similar feeling as walking into a family business. Everyone is so friendly, from the two ladies in the main office that welcomed me & took care of all schedules & accounting & the way they’re are so pleasant to & respect each other. Everyone has their own talents & the results are proof. The precision in creating the perfect teeth & fit is quite the skill. I can smile again & I do, big smiles!. Earlier this year I moved here from Santa Monica CA & must write that in LA many are lacking such amazing talent, friendliness & the ability to provide seamless service with awesome results as Dr. Crosby & team. I’m fortunate that after moving to Lakeland, within a month I was referred to Dr. Crosby.

Could not have had a better experience. Very professional, helpful and caring people. The week started with my daughter getting her front tooth knocked out at the gum line. We needed to find someone fast. Crosby Dentistry was able to see us immediately (like 7:30 AM). She needed oral surgery and they helped arrange that for the same day! Incredible service, lovely people. Wow! So glad we found them.

I've been born and raised in Lakeland, and have had probably the worst dental health in my family. On top of that, I have issues with anxiety, and can get almost debilitated by fear over the littlest things. Exactly the opposite with the good Doc Crosby. I used to be deathly afraid of the dentist due to poor experiences I've had in my youth with other dentists. After over a decade of being treated by Doctor Crosby for all the issues I've had over the years, I find that going to his office for any reason is among the most calming activities of my life. I need to know a lot about my procedures to stay calm about it, and the good Doctor is more than willing to keep me informed throughout the process. They even put my x-rays on the screen and have gone over each of them with me to spot and recognize any anomalies or features in those x-rays to keep me better informed! There was once a time where I started getting excruciating pain in one of my teeth, pain enough that I couldn't even function normally due to how constant and terrible it was. When I called in the day before I just couldn't take it anymore, they scheduled an appointment the very next day. When I got in, it was discovered that I needed a root canal. Doc Crosby handled all of the hassle; he managed to get me scheduled with the endodontist he recommended for an immediate operation, and I went home that afternoon completely pain free! I couldn't imagine going to any other office. Even if I moved, I'd gladly fly back to keep my appointments here. Top notch dentistry, all the way around, headed up by the best dentist on the planet! They will go above and beyond to make sure you go home comfortably and pain free!

I'd put off going to the dentist for so long until I was convinced how wonderful Dr. Crosby & his team were & finally made my appointment. From the moment I arrived I felt as though I'd been a long time patient. What an exceptional team!! I love everything about Crosby Dentistry! The office is always clean and the front office girls always greet you with a smile. I always feel welcome and recognized. The dental hygienists are very friendly and gentle. I always have great conversation with my hygienist, Lauren, which helps me to feel relaxed during my cleanings. Dr. Crosby is also amazing! He is very gentle during his examinations and has a great bedside manner. I am always very pleased with my visits to Crosby Dentistry and there is nothing that I would change!

Dr Crosby is the best I am a dentists worst nightmare I have a small mouth and think I I can’t breathe while he is working in my mouth. He did not hurt me and kept me informed the entire time. I just visited Dr. Crosby’s office for the first time. I called just two days ago and because I’m in pain they got me in very quick even though I’m a new patient. All of the staff there are super friendly and easy to talk to. I’m nervous when I have to go to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable. Dr. Crosby was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. Their team worked with Oral Surgery office in the same building to get me seen over there. They literally called me back on my drive back home and I’m scheduled for tomorrow. Awesome service!!! I’m very impressed all the way around.

I have now been a patient for over 10 years. As an over 65 male the health of my gums and teeth are very important to me. Since I first met Dr. Crosby his advice and dental planning have helped me to meet my goals. The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is awesome! They have great dental hygienists as well. I love Dr Crosby I think I've been going to him since 2008. Unless I move out of the state of Florida I'll never go to another dentist. And the people are so sweet there I love my dental hygienist to she's very tall but very very sweet. And I only say that because I'm short. Give him a call you won't be disappointed

Lauren is an amazing hygienist. She is very gentle yet thorough. I am surprised every time by how painless she makes my cleaning. The office is clean, organized, and efficient, and the equipment is top-notch. Your hygienist and Dr. Crosby will show you on the computer screen all that they are seeing and spend as much time as you need explaining everything. I would highly recommend this office!

This guy is top notch and your team can only be as good as your worst player. Well this team doesn’t have a bad player. His staff is professional as they come. I lived a pretty hard life and neglected my dental health for a long time. When I recognized that part of getting well would require extensive dental work, I came to visit Dr. Crosby for an opinion. His team didn’t judge me for my past and they were very compassionate. I told him I was looking for the best value and not necessarily the cheapest fix. I still knew this work would be expensive. He came back with an excellent treatment plan. The estimate came in close to what I thought it would for the extensive work to be done and I feel like they listened and gave me the best value. Did I mention that they actually listen? If you are reading this review, I wouldn’t even look anywhere else for a dentist. Go see these people.

I would highly recommend Dr. Crosby to family and friends. His office exceeded my expectations. I am a cancer patient in remission that did not receive routine dental cleanings for some time throughout my time of Chemo infusions. Dr. Crosby and his staff were exemplory in their care for me during my first visit back to the dentist. I'm a relative short-timer at Dr. Crosby's office, but if you saw me there you would think I'd been a patient for 25 years. Dr. Crosby and his staff get to know their patients -- and they don't forget anything, often following up on your next visit. I'm about a quarter way through major dental work and I could not be happier, especially after today's visit. Crosby and his team are perfectionists, and it shows in their work. Who doesn't love that when your smile is one of the first things people notice!

I just want to spend a moment giving my thanks for Dr. Crosby and the entire staff at Crosby Dentistry. I’m a new patient and had a first appointment set up for early April for a cleaning and to get established with my new Dentist. Over the weekend I had an incident with a broken crown and worse a tight timeline with a vacation coming up. Dr. Crosby’s office squeezed me in, got me fixed and should have my permanent crown before I go on vacation. Not many Dr.’s office put forth that kind of service these days so I want to say thank you to you and your staff. One last point on today’s visit, you know how when your sitting in the chair facing the wall and all you have is your ears to operate with, well I can tell from hearing the interaction with the entire staff that they care about each other and get along great, another thing that puts a pateints mind at ease is how well an office interacts with each other and it just felt like family. It was a pleasure meeting all of you today and I know moving forward that my visits to the Dentist office will always be a pleasure.

I have been seeing Dr. Crosby for quite a few years and can not imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. I can tell you first hand that you can expect dentistry at it’s best from Dr. Crosby and his entire team. I did not call them staff, as they all work together to see that you recieve the services needed in a professional manner with relaxed surroundings. What’s better, everyone is very personable and eager to assist. Last month while I was at Dr. Crosby’s office a conversation came up and I mentioned that I had a snoring problem and that my husband had purchased the Zyppah from the TV Commercial. You know the commercial that says HappyZ backwards that is guaranteed to stop you from snoring. Actually he had purchased several of them at the tune of $100 each. What a joke! Anyway, I said all of that to tell you that Dr. Crosby offered to build me a device called TAP that would stop me from snoring. I must tell you that I was reluctant to get one, after all the devices my husband had purchased to no avail. Oh my gosh, what a life saver. Not for me, as my snoring did not bother my sleep. However, my husband on the other hand would tell you a different story, as he swears his life was being shortened by my snoring. Not any more, thanks to Dr. Crosby he is going to live a very long life. That’s right, no more snoring! If you have snoring problem I highly recommend talking with Dr. Cosby so that he can explain in detail how the TAP device works! If you do not have a dentist that you are comfortable with you need to give Dr. Crosby a try. If you do have a dentist you are comfortable with, you do NOT want to go see Dr. Crosby because after your first visit you will want to switch. Don’t believe, make an appointment to see for yourself. I had an excellent experience yesterday at Dr. Crosby with a crown and a filling. I am one who does not enjoy the dentist and has a gag reflex to make it worse. Despite my fear and uncomfortableness, Dr Crosby and his team remained calm, reassuring, careful and understanding. They explained everything and gave me ample time to get comfortable. I was truly amazed by their patience. I left encouraged and feeling good about the experience (and confident I had been given expert care)! Thank you!

I have found that DR. Crosby is very patient and caring , considerate dentist I have every used. I didn't like going to the dentist until absolute necessary until now . the assistant and all of the staff is helpful and caring. When need be they do the very best with working you in to take care of any issues you may have. He also takes time to answer any questions you may have. He dosen't make you feel unimportant by rushing to get done. I would recommend you this office to anyone that needed a dentist. In my opion this is a five star . They have a professional team there that takes care of you. Jen and Talisha, who are at the front desk when you walk in, welcomed me and made everything super easy for me from filling out paperwork to explaining insurance. They are super organized. Lauren, who did my cleaning, was awesome. She was very kind and sweet. Did an amazing job. For people who aren’t comfortable with going to the dentist, they really make you feel comfortable. Dr. Crosby and his team are very personable and easy to get along with. If you are looking for a dentist that is both professional and personable, then go with Crosby Dentistry.

Dr. Crosby and his staff are the best group of medical professionals around. I have never waited more than five minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be called out of the waiting room, and the staff is friendly, professional, and most important to me, they practice with the highest level of integrity. They only perform procedures that are necessary to the patient's health and well-being without the scare tactics used by some other dental practices that attempt to push unnecessary and expensive procedures in order to maximize profits. I highly recommend Dr. Crosby to anyone looking for high quality dental services provided in a welcoming environment.

I'm one of those who hates going to the dentist. I don't like the picks, I don't like the noises, and in short, there's little about dental visits that I enjoy. Dr. Crosby and his staff, though, make me feel better about the experience because each and every one of them is friendly, professional, and calming. I go to the dentist twice a year because I should, but I go to Dr. Crosby because I want to.

My first visit to Dr. Crosby was because I was experiencing a considerable amount of dental pain. They were empathetic to my situation and very quickly formulated a plan that solved my immediate issue with as little pain as possible. Afterwards they developed a comprehensive plan to insure my continued dental health and Dr. Crosby and his staff help me prioritize that list to not only keep me healthy, but also to accommodate my schedule, insurance, and budget. We have been patrons of Dr Crosby for many years. He has a great staff of ladies who set up appointments, do billing and who work with him as assistants and dental hygienists. He is gentle and gets everything done that we need. He and his family have attended our church from time to time. I am glad to recommend him to anyone needing a dentist.

Always a great experience here. Was hesitant to spend the money and told my hygienist that I needed to work out my insurance first. She was very patient about it. Once that was ready to go I let my hygenist know. I’m always told everything is paid for and I don’t ever get an unexpected bill in the mail. Also my hygenist recently went part time and I had to start seeing someone else and she made the transition extremely smooth. She was a great conversationalist and made me feel right at home!

L-O-V-E Dr. Crosby and his staff!! They are all so friendly and helpful anytime I call or go in to the office. Anytime I've had a problem, they are always willing to try to get me in ASAP. If it's something they don't handle, they work to get you connected with someone they trust to deal with the problem. Can't say enough good things about them!

We moved to lakeland 10 years ago. I asked neighbors about their dentists but none appealed to me. I went on line and the reviews for Dr Crosby and the staff were great so I immediately called and have been going to them ever since. I went yesterday for my regular cleaning and was surprised that my dental hygentist was no longer there. However my new one was Lauren and was very pleasantly surprised. She was great. I have been with Dr. Crosby since he was in practice with Dr. Yates. He saw me for a cracked tooth when my regular dentist couldn't work me in in a timely manner. I have been with Dr. Crosby ever since. i love his staff, everyone is very kind and gentle. I won't go anywhere else and recommend his practice to anyone looking for a family dentist.

When searching for a family dentist, numerous friends recommended this office. From the moment we walked in for the first time, we have felt like family! They get to know you, they care about your situation and are sensitive to dental anxiety which is a very real thing! My son loves going to the dentist now which hasn’t always been the case. We love this office!!

Moving here from upstate NY, we needed a new dentist and got the best one around! I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but everyone associated with Crosby Dentistry has been awesome. This is by far the best dental office I've been to! My family and I had been going to the same dental office for over 5 years and experienced a high turnover in dentists. Here lately we never knew who the new dentist would be during our next visit. So we all decide to make a change to Brain Crosby Family Dentistry … best decision ever! The staff here is excellent, super friendly and very attentive. They make you feel comfortable during your whole visit. Very clean office and nicely organized. Dr. Crosby is personable, professional and most importantly caring! We all (family of 5) were able to schedule our appointments right away.

My cleaning appointment was 2:30. I did not get called back until ~3 PM and that was after expressing concern that I wouldn't be able to make my 4 PM appointment. Medical/Dental professionals need to understand that the patient's time is just as important as theirs. Other than that, everything else about the visit was excellent as usual.

I have worked over 40 years in a family practice of 6 doctors and am aware of daily stresses and routines. As II was a walk in, I felt Paula, and another girl (name?)on the front desk and Julie went out of their way to insure I was looked after efficientley and were very professional. I had a wonderful experience!! Julie was amazing and made me feel comfortable and calm. I do wish that the area you are in while you are receiving treatment was more private. For me that was the only unnerving part of my visit that you are seen and heard by everyone around. That is not going to keep me from my future treatment though!!

Paula is always wonderful when you arrive, she is a very happy person. Julie performed my work and she is always sensitive to my needs e.g. asking if I am comfortable. Julie explained everything she was doing and gave me detailed home care instructions. I use to be a dental phobic, now I enjoy the dentist.

Dr. Crosby was so patient and kind with me. I scheduled 2 fillings that day and underestimated how odd I would feel as a result of the novocaine. He kept reassuring me that I was fine and was so patient with me. I am embarrassed that I was such a baby but he was really good about the whole thing! Thanks Dr. Crosby!

Everything was fine until I went to schedule my appointment for a replacement filling. I was told that it would August before I could get in. I realize that it is not an emergency, however, this seems a very long time to take care of a potential problem. I have never had to wait that long for any appointment and it really is troubling to me. I was assured that I could be placed on a list to be called ahead of time and I am glad it was offered. I guess my concern is whether this is going to become the "norm".

As always Paula on the front desk is warm and friendly. My dental hygienist, Lorraine, is wonderful. She is gentle and yet does a thorough job, and she is also caring and friendly. Dr. Crosby is also caring, warm and very professional. I am so glad our family comes to you for our dental health needs. Thank you so much!

In the past I have had to take anti-anxiety medicine before all of my dental appointments. Ever since I have started seeing Dr. Crosby, I no longer need to take anti-anxiety medicine. Dr. Crosby and his staff are very friendly, compassionate, gentle, and understanding. Everyone greets you with a smile when you walk in the door and makes your visit as enjoyable as possible!
